  • Ford Intelligent Backup Power / Sunrun Gateway: Transfer switch + home integration gateway. Required for whole-home backup (~$3,800 installed).
  • Professional installation: Licensed electrician required. Typical cost: $1,500–$4,000 depending on panel work needed.
