MG’s original UK 64 kWh Long Range specification distinguishes SE at 281 miles from Trophy at 270 miles under WLTP. The page’s broad Long Range name does not identify the equipment grade.

EPA and WLTP use different test procedures. A miles-to-kilometres conversion changes the unit only; it does not convert one test cycle into another. Neither rating is a guaranteed motorway or winter range.
Which version should you compare?
Confirm SE versus Trophy and the 64 kWh battery when evaluating a 2025 car. Newer MG4 revisions and the Extended Range version should be compared using their own documentation.

Check the handbook for the exact model year’s AC and DC charging limits. A higher advertised charger output does not mean the battery accepts that power through the full session.
